New One-Shot and Other Updates

Some quick announcements:

A new optional rule, Calculated Defense, is now available.
A new one-shot, The Cabin on Pine Ridge, is now available which uses Calculated Defense.
The Digital Character Sheet has been updated to support some optional rules.
